Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful use only

BFRIENDZ can be used for lawful purposes only. Please be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and we report any inappropriate content that may infringe applicable laws.

2. Prohibited activities

You are not permitted to use BFRIENDZ in any manner that substitutes or contributes to the following activities (the list is representative and not exhaustive):

• Any unlawful activity, including violation of any laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations;
• Any activities relating to regulated goods and/or services;
• Intellectual property (e.g. copyright or trademark) infringement;
• Any unauthorised access to machines, programs, data, or committing any other forms of cyber offences;
• Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity, including identity theft, impersonation, scams, or attempts to obtain information or benefits under false pretences;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Spreading of malware (e.g., viruses, worms, Trojan horses), spam, and other illegal messaging;
• Spreading content that discriminates against or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, or similar characteristics;
• Spreading sexually explicit, libellous, harassing, defamatory, abusive, profane, vulgar, threatening, hateful, obscene behaviour and terrorism-related content;
• Provision of any form of paid dating, escort services, or any arrangements involving compensation for romantic or intimate companionship, or relationship-seeking that involves financial transactions;
• Offer or request payment, gifts, or compensation in exchange for romantic, intimate, or companionship-related services;
• Engage in discussions, advertisements, or offers related to paid dating, escort services, or similar activities;
• Engaging in terrorism-related activities;
• Dissemination of information about or engaging in acts, including pranks and challenges, that may result in injuries, physical harm, or distress;
• Provision of content that depicts, links to, or incites others to commit acts of violence;
• Gambling, including contests, lotteries, games of chance, bidding fee auctions, sports forecasting or odds making, Internet gaming, fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes, and sweepstakes;
• Advertising or encouraging the use of tobacco, alcohol, and any illegal substances;
• Impersonating others;
• Copying, distributing, renting, reselling, modifying, compromising, damaging, disabling, impairing, and overburdening BFRIENDZ;
• Interfering with or abusing other Users;
• Using bots, scripts, and other automated methods;
• Using or authorising third parties to use on your behalf services, technologies, or automated systems to artificially inflate the page views (e.g., pay-per-click services and web "robots");
• Collecting and disclosing any information about other Users;
• Sharing pornographic or sexually explicit content, including nudity and depictions of sexual activity;
• Content that promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other forms of physical harm;
• Hate speech, including content that incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected categories;
• Abuse of reporting mechanisms, including submitting false or malicious reports;
• Using Bfriendz for commercial advertising, solicitation, or promotion of goods or services without our prior written consent;
• Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise collecting information about other users without consent.

3. Protection against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

BFRIENDZ strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behaviour that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any material that depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation, abuse, or grooming;
• Any attempt to engage minors in sexually explicit conversations, solicit personal information, or encourage inappropriate interactions;
• Any behaviour that may contribute to the victimization of minors, including sharing, linking to, or promoting CSAE content;
• Any failure to take appropriate action upon encountering CSAE-related content.

If any CSAE-related content or activity is detected, BFRIENDZ will:

• Immediately remove the offending content;
• Report the incident to relevant law enforcement and child protection organisations;
• Permanently suspend or ban users involved in CSAE violations;
• Cooperate fully with authorities to support investigations.

Users are encouraged to report any CSAE-related content or activity through our designated reporting mechanisms.

4. Reporting violations

If you think that some of the content available on BFRIENDZ is inappropriate, violates any provision of this Policy, the Agreement, applicable laws, or your or third party's right to privacy, you are requested to contact us immediately.

5. Monitoring

We reserve the right (but are under no obligation) to monitor and investigate any violations of this Policy.

6. Enforcement measures

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to take measures if we have grounds to believe that the User violates the terms of this Policy. Our measures may include:

• Issuing warnings;
• Suspending or terminating User's access to BFRIENDZ;
• Prohibiting access to the content that violates the terms stated in the Policy;
• Removing the content that violates the terms stated in the Policy;
• Initiating legal action against the User;
• Requesting the User to reimburse all reasonable administrative and legal costs resulting from the violation of the Policy;
• Disclosing the content that violates the Policy to competent enforcement authorities;
• Taking any other action that the Company deems reasonably appropriate.

7. Liability disclaimer

The Company disclaims and excludes any liability for actions resulting from violation of this Policy.
